and Me Naturally--Indoors
Wyoming County
Cultural Center/Dietrich Theater
Tuesdays or Wednesdays in March from 10 to 11 am
Pretend, sing, listen to a story, make a craft,
and play. Program is especially designed for children from 2
1/2-to-4-year-old children and a favorite adult to explore and learn

Watching Walk
Meet at the Russell

Friday, March 11, 9 am
Search
for migrating ducks on area lakes and pond and birds who migrate to
NEPA for the winter. Join an experienced bird watcher and possibly
see scaup, ring-necked ducks, wood ducks, juncos, and bluebirds.

drive to different location and walk the back roads and trails of
the Endless
Mountains.

Nature Ramble with Rebecca Lesko
Meet in front of the EMNC Lodge at
Camp
Lackawanna,
Vosburg (Tunkhannock)
Sunday, March 20, 1-4 pm
Rebecca Lesko will wander the forest looking for animal signs and at
the health of the plants, blooming flowers, and search the trees
along the river for bald eagles and other birds. She'll discuss any
seasonal nature happenings and wildlife habits. Easy pace, but up
and down hill.
Wear sneakers or hiking boots, dress in layers, and bring a water
bottle or purchase one at the EMNC store. Canceled, if inclement
weather. Recommended for adults and children in first grade and
above. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
